Professional paving creates a great first impression for your home or business. American Asphalt Inc has a 5-step process to go from old and worn out surfaces to a brand new parking lot or driveway for your residential or commercial property.

Our Paving Process:

  1. We will meet with you to discuss your project needs through a full consultation. Then, we'll send your estimate.
  2. Once you agree to the terms, we then schedule the project.
  3. The project begins first with the excavation of your damaged driveway. However, new construction customers will not need this step. 
  4. When your old driveway is removed, the sub-base material is compacted, and new gravel is installed.
  5. We then install the asphalt onto the driveway or parking lot with state-of-the-art equipment.
Please note that completion time varies depending on the size of the projects.
